What do emotions even feel like in our body? Why do we all distract ourselves from FEELING in our bodies? My favourite distractions are food and scrolling on social media... what are yours?
Why aren't we taught how to connect with our physical bodies?
This is such a beautiful and important thing to know! When we can connect with our physical bodies and understand what different emotions feel like, we are able to make better decisions in our life. We are able to trust those decisions. As we make better decisions we start to create the life that we really want.
Who wouldn't want that?!?!
The alternative is to keep being distracted with food, social media, alcohol, online shopping. While we are distracted we don't have to FEEL into our bodies. We continue to make decisions that we doubt because they are coming from a place of disconnection or unconscious beliefs that have been on repeat in our minds for a long time.
